My boyfriend took that to heart. He confirmed with JP that it would be ok for us to add our own insulation.
He spent $130 at Lowes and is now at the house putting insulation in my laundry room and the master suite.
They dropped off the equipment for the brick exterior. Hopefully that starts Monday.
I can't express how amazing Inverness and their subcontractors have been. It's been a great experience so far. Susan and JP have gone out of their way to make sure we get the house of our dreams. Now if they can just hurry it up. Lol
I'm so jealous that your PM has allowed you to add your own insulation. What a great idea. We are hoping to be allowed to feed strings for future cable pulls, since they have already said no to running our own cables.
ReplyDeleteThat stinks they won't let you add your own cable. Anything low-voltage was ok for us. We added speaker wire for our stereo system. Since the money for cable would go to Guardian and not RH, I would think it wouldn't matter who ran the wire.
