There was a delivery truck in front of the Hammond model. I sent Susan a text to tell her she was getting furniture. Apparently she had just left and she told me to go in and meet the interior designer. She also let us know our framing package will be delivered tomorrow and framing should start by the end of the week, weather permitting.
Let me just say that I absolutely love the design of this Hammond model. I told their interior designer she has fabulous taste and to stop stealing my design ideas lol.
They also seeded the entire development. There is hay lying everywhere. They poured half of the sidewalk at the front of the development as well. Things are moving along nicely.
The model home is nice! I just purchased gray leather for my family and I am trying to find my accent color. I am leaning towards teal or turquoise but red is nice as well.

ReplyDeleteI think they still need to install the glass door for the shower, but I love it as well. Unfortunately for our house the big window was deleted to add the 28' long 3rd car garage. They gave us a $200 credit for it.
DeleteOkay, there are so many pieces that I want from these pics. The built-in for the mud room....love how simple and neat it looks. I also love the red cabinet. The sectional for the basement is also a favorite. I'm looking for the scale--just in red. Hopefully i'll get lucky and will be able to fine it. Thanks for posting!
ReplyDeleteWe are looking for a similar sectional for our living room. Our current sectional is facing the wrong way and will have to go up in the loft for the kids. Our great room is so big and tall that we will need to find something with a bigger scale to it, but pretty much the same style. Memorial Day weekend should have some great sales and just about the right timing for your closing date!
